	Many times, the sign of strong customer service skills are displayed after the transaction has been completed. Thought I'd share a 'wow' customer service experience that I had with Sue Sorrels after she booked our airline tickets for our April China trip. We arrived home on April 12 from Guangzhou without my suitcase (that contained Megan's early photos given to us by her orphanage). United had no record of this bag and I had been 'boxing' with United for the last 3 weeks to locate it. I e-mailed Sue this past Thursday to see if she had any suggestions on any way to speed the process along. An hour and 20 minutes later, I get an e-mail from her saying that my bag was sitting at the Guangzhou airport. My bag arrived in St. Louis yesterday! Ame K
